Dave knows the ins and outs of buying a home. He works long crazy hours to make sure he gets the best rate and type of loan you need and can afford. I had gone to the bank for info and they just didn't have ambition or assertiveness that Dave has. I plan to use Dave in the future for my next home.
Worked with Dave on our original mortgage and went back to him. Both times. Both times, he was professional, responsive, and helped us get the best deal possible with lower fees and rate than other places in the area we had checked. Every time I called, either I was able to speak to him directly or received a call back within 10 minutes. Closing occurred as scheduled and the final fee was lower than the original estimate.
Tom and company were very helpful and professional in getting us the loan we needed at the last minute. I definitely would use them again and very highly recommended!

Jeff and his team were the consumate professionals. They guided us through the process and made the whole transaction so very easy.
