I had a unique situation where my pay stubs were messed up due to a paperwork error at work. She still went above and beyond working late hours to get my file together and approved so I could close quickly! Will definitely recommend her and would be happy to work with her again!

Sue did in a short time what Brand X could not do. With Brand X we had to extend our contract with the owners costing us an additional $1000.00. We had gone with Brand X after submitting to both Sue and them. Big mistake. Brand X a few days from contract deadline "discovered" we were self employed. Sue saw that from the first page of the application and knew how to direct us through the steps to secure the loan. We were displaced for 5 months because of Hurricane Michael.
