We worked with Omar for a whole house carpet measure/quote. He was prompt in his communication and very accommodating in scheduling our measure. We worked with a local box store and our experience dealing with Omar was 10x more professional! Omar was also able to provide us with necessary feedback regarding installation options. Highly recommended working with Omar for your flooring needs!
I have gotten interior as well as exterior flooring with them and I have had an amazing experience. They communicate well and they are very efficient. I do recommend! Wide variety of selections at affordable prices. Omar Pavano was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He asked what I was looking for and knew just what would work for my needs. Great company. I Won’t do flooring with anyone else.
My installation. Bad points, late every day, dented my wall, hit my chandelier, hand prints on my walls, put bad piece in closet, my bedroom floor makes more noise than my grand kids, and they had an attitude. Good points. When they left. Called and complained about the issues, you would have better luck talking to the river. Got no help what so ever. If you use them, good luck. Never again. If you hear the name Omar, don’t walk out of the store, RUN !!!!
We had the BEST experience at Wayne Montgomery. Great products and service. We worked with Omar who was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. I felt like we were taken care of from beginning to end. Pricing is incredibly reasonable, and the team of installers they work with are on top of it. We will always go to WG for flooring.
