This place is a complete joke. They switched all the workers a few months ago. New management, new maintenance and it got better for a second and now it is so much worse. Management will just hang up on people. Work orders do not come through or it says on there that they're done and they're not. Maintenance are only working on apartments where I'm pretty sure they're spending their nights at running in and out of different females apartments which they weren't doing that at first either. EDIT: after writing all of this. In September my whole townhouse flooded causing me to lose everything! Management left in the middle of the incident and didn’t even notify the new management of the issue. There was so much water they needed 17 industrial dryers to dry out the home. I Dealt with pulled up carpet, mildew smell, and a hole in my ceiling for 2 months before getting another unit. Then it wasn’t even a unit I wanted as I was previously on a townhouse and now I’m in a regular unit damn near paying the same thing. ... read more
I can’t RECOMMEND at the very least Joann enough! I know that’s not how you spell her name but man is she just simply AWWWWMAZING! She is very experienced and very knowledgeable of the propert, her job and the jobs of others.She answered all our questions, was very patient and kind to us while also working circles around everyone. My aunt was supposed to move in today. They took her deposit then turned around and took another persons deposit for the same unit. They fixed it by giving her a townhouse and then turned around once again to tell her the roof “fell in” so it would take longer to fix the unit. Well we went by there and looked through the windows and what do we see? The roof is very much still intact so they possibly did the same thing they did before. 2025 UPDATE: Please read! When I transferred from my first unit into a new unit, I wrote a review about this complex. At first, my experience wasn’t bad. I had a previous eviction so this was a decent second chance place to start.
