I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eva and Kathy at Well Now Allergy. They did two food challenges with my young son, who was very nervous about the process. They reassured him, and me, before the test and throughout both food challenges. They are so kind and compassionate and were great cheerleaders for him when he was a little unsure. I would highly recommend Well Now Allergy to everyone! Appointments are also very easy to schedule and you don’t need to wait long to get in.
Went to get testing for antibiotic allergies and was able to get tested for Penicillin. Three different methods of testing was done with the last one reacting once I got home. Message left and a nurse called back to tell me what to take for the reaction. A follow up by the MD a few days later came. Staffing shortage with delays responding to my emails but returned phone call later that day after my reaction. Staff was very professional and informative. Would recommend!
I'm seeing the same problem as before.. Patients getting turned down because they don't have an appointment in. This is supposed to be an urgent care. You know what if it's life-threatening? This is wrong when I was there the last time. There was nobody there and they gave me such a hard time. And I was so sick.. I've had enough I have r.ead the other reviews. Drove almost 2 hours to the appointment just to be told they won’t do allergy testing because my child has eczema. Then was given a prescription cream to use for 2 weeks to clear up the eczema but that cream won’t work as he’s already been prescribed that. Then was told there’s nothing they can do for us then! I recommend not even wasting your time coming here like we did. And the NP wouldn’t listen to any of my concerns and was beyond rude!
Dr. Lomas and all the staff here are incredible! They truly care and really put in the work to back it up. I would 100% recommend to anyone in need of an allergy or immunology workup.
