7/28/2022 2nd visit to WellNow in Lancaster, OH. Anytime I cannot get in to see my family doctor, I go to the WellNow in Lancaster, OH. The facility is clean and tidy. The employees who work there are always happy to help me and are informative. Olivia, Monica, Laura, Sara and David were there on 7/28/22. They made my visit a comfortable one, they care about their patients. Great job!

My husband and I needed tested for covid. Our doctor's office suggested WellNow on Memorial Drive in Lancaster. We went to the clinic. Tessa helped get the paperwork done. We also needed our insurance cards and drivers license. Then nurse Jordan put us at ease and gathered additional info. My husband was the main reason for testing so NP Robert gave him an exam with more info gathered. He advised as to the issues related to covid and his experiences with it.
