The staff was friendly and kind. Dr. Pidcock was easy to talk to and quite reassuring that my issue was not of great concern after following it for two years. He offered additional assistance for another respiratory issue if I wished to pursue it.
Dr Pidcock is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Listens to everything and explains in terms you can understand. Will even draw diagrams to ensure you have a complete understanding and the whole picture. Great pulmonary specialist and I feel special that I was referred to him.
Dr Pidcock is very thorough and professional. He takes time to listen and get to a resolution of issues.
Dr. Pidcock was amazing. He not only called my husband the night before the procedure to explain the process and the risks involved but he also was very available and involved with the family both before and afterwards. Highly recommend him.
When we first arrived to the office, there was nobody at the desk. The wife had to go find Somebody. Not impressed.
