Definitely 5 stars for John and his team! I just had beautiful vinyl flooring put through out my home and I could not be happier !! First of all John was so kind and patient as he helped me choose the color of flooring ,not an easy task because I am extremely picky. I had shopped around and the pricing was excellent. Then he stayed in touch every step of the process as we went through scheduling, taking out the old floors and installing the new ones. The guys that did the job were super personable and respectful which made a very big job easier. I would highly recommend West Coast Flooring . Thanks John!

We had them install carpet in our new home. They did a great job and their prices were very good. I went there with my daughter after Gymnastics the other day and when we walked in, they said they were closed. I realized it was 6:10 pm and they closed at 6:00 pm. Their open sign was still on and the door still unlocked, so I didn't even check their closing time. The gentleman asked me to come back tomorrow. I asked if they had any 13" x 17" carpeted mats, that I need them for my daughter's class at school. He said that he did and I told him I would see him tomorrow. He then told me to wait a minute and he would go out back and get some for me. This gentleman got me more than I needed and gave them to me free of charge. Now this is Excellent customer service, which is very hard to come by today. Thank You very much West Coast Flooring!
