Verified Renter Walls are super thin. Person above me constantly keeps up noise well after quiet hours. Management does absolutely nothing. “Quiet hours” mean nothing

Verified Renter The building is well kept has nice amenities such and the lounge and the roof too but There haven’t been many monthly meetups or activities like there were in the past.

Verified Renter I have been living at West Mockingbird for 7 months now and have had a positive experience! Property management is so nice and accessible. Apartments are nice as well and for fair prices and I haven’t had any issues with neighbors, amenities, upkeep, etc. We’ve had our garage doors broken a couple times, but they communicate about it a very well.

don’t do it floors and walls are super thin. i can hear my next door neighbors the most and my upstairs. slamming cabinets and dressers, screaming kid, heavy stomping allll hours of the day and night. i never get solid sleep. front desk doesn’t care.
