The receptionist was welcoming, attentive, and very helpful. Although I didn’t conduct business directly with West Texas Abstract, the facility was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly throughout. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience for my meeting.

For the new Odessa location! Christie and Mirka did an amazing job at communicating with me every time I had questions they answered them accordingly and in a friendly and positive manner. Thank you so much for all you ladies do and continue to do!

It’s extremely easy to complain, rather then to compliment! I’m not an easy person & was very difficult at times during my purchase! They really did the best they could - which always was good. Never lost there cool and have genuine personalities ! Ten stars if I could. Robyn/Stormy thank you

Closed on our first home here with Natalie. She was very professional and knowledgeable . Explained each page before signing was not pushy if we were uncomfortable with anything on paperwork. Great experience. Comfy atmosphere.
