If you go in - ask for Jacob Lee — he was sooooo helpful, very very patient as we tried to decide on a living room set and later he was soooo helpful and great about the delivery and questions I had! I Definitely recommend Jacob Lee for great customer service!!!!!

Betsy was very patient with me trying to match a chair we bought 6 months ago. She pulled up the old order and we were able to find the chair on the floor and make the match to the new sofa fabric!

We recently purchased 3 rooms of furniture at store in Green Bay. Hannah was our sales rep. It took us over 2 hrs. to make decisions. Hannah was very helpful, attentive but not overbearing at all. She was very patient w/picking out a mattress for bed, which can be very challenging. Hannah was very professional, cheerful and knowledgeable. It was a very positive experience.
