I ordered some dog treats from this company for the first time. I have never heard of them before, but they have the best price (until I saw them on Target) on the Buffalo Range Jerky Kabobs and Bully Kabobs Hickory Smoked. My dogs just eat the buffalo meat and not the rawhide, but it's okay because they are my 4-legged kids. I try to support different companies and decided to order here, because I got a bag of 9 treats about the same price of a bag of 18 treats that this company carries. Shipping took a bit longer than expected - about a week to get the treats, but superior customer service and communication tops it! I got e-mail updates from this company every step of the way, and I am so pleased! I never have to worry. The treats arrived via USPS. It will take a long time for my girls to finish eating these treats, but if I were to order some more, I will likely to order from this company before. Not sure how large they are comparing to Target, but likely, smaller.

Had good customer experience with Dale buying the Corix Xray Arm. Day of installation we didn't know how to hook up the trigger switch thoughts we need a special part. Called Dale he quickly looked up info and told us how to hook it up without that part. My experience has been good.

Great experience using DentalPlanet. I used them to equip the vast majority of my start-up practice, including chairs, lights, xray units etc. They were very easy to work with, helped secure and provide some hard to find equipment, and had no problem customizing the refurbished Adec 511 chairs to my needed specifications from finding the perfect color, to custom stitching pattern/location, to built-in ultrasonic scalers etc… I was slightly hesitant to go with refurbished chairs over new chairs initially, but have seen no areas of diminished quality compared other brand new Adec chairs I have used in previous offices. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to equip an office. I have had everything in use for nearly a year now with zero issues.

This review is way overdue, yet it now has 9 months of follow attached to it. I used Dental Planet for new stools, a refurbished dental chair and unit, and reupholstering of my other existing dental chairs, and they were wonderful to work with. Nick was so patient with me in my multiple questions and decisions. His follow up, speed and follow through were on point. When it came to the reupholstering, they really did an amazing job working with my thoughts of trying to make on old style look new and up-to-date. The ultrasoft leather is perfect, all of my patients comment on it. The equipment arrived on time and the delivery was great. I can not say enough about how great this company is.
