Our family loves Smiles of Virginia. Maddy was fabulous, an absolute gem! She knew just how to help put my daughter at ease before a filling. They are warm and personable, and truly treat you like family.

Dallas promptly took me back right at my appointment time of 7 am and as friendly as usual. We chatted as she thoroughly cleaned my teeth. Dr O came in when she finished and told me about his girls after I asked how they were doing. I got my bag of goodies and off I went after scheduling my next check up right there in the exam room. Everyone there is friendly, the new facility is gorgeous, and it was an overall great experience!

Decided to check out Smiles just because of the name. I have to say it’s been the most pleasant experience of any dentist I’ve ever visited. As soon as I walked in the atmosphere was so pleasant. Every one I’ve seen in the office for dental work has made me feel so at ease. One thing I have to say in particular is this is only the second dentist I have ever visited that gave me a shot of novacaine and I didn’t feel the shot. Amazing, yes. I highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist to check them out. Guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Very impressive operation. The waiting room is big, bright and comfortable. Check-in took all of 30 seconds. I waited no more than a few minutes before my name was called to get check-up and cleaning. The dental assistant was informative, helpful and professional. Dentist came in and did an inspection, discussed a few topics... just right level of detail so I knew what was required. When leaving, scheduled follow-up visit for next time, and was out the door. Couldn't have been more satisfied.

I just started going to this dental practice. I was welcomed with a friendly, warm personality at the front desk and a sign welcoming new patients and our names on them. I was very pleased with the proactive measures of quality of other potential health issues. They cleared demonstrated quality, and compassion. for their patients. I also was happy to see a flat screen on the ceiling while laying back, looking up. Dr. Amber was so sweet and personable and like her staff, was very thorough in the examination process.
They also offer various payment plans for those who may not have insurance. They have an w entertainment area for children as well. You will not be disappointed in this state-of-the-art dental facility. I look forward to returning soon.
