I would like to recognize Lydia Reardigan for the wonderful job she does for PACC12.

I have been working at Palm Aire at the golf courses for the last 41 years and have always said that I believe the condo associations have done a phenomenal job keeping PA looking beautiful. The tree work throughout is amazing and all the buildings are clean and repainted often. It is and has been a lovely development and now I hopefully will become a resident. The few times I have dealt with Jennifer and the folks in your office I have been impressed with their helpful attitude and their response time has been excellent. I hope to be able to maintain our relationship for many years to come.

I am current resident of the Amethyst Condo , and I want said thank you to all,specially the manager Doris , She helped me in the process for new tenants and assisted me at all times.

I want to take a moment to rave about our property manager, Doris Morales, currently at our beach front condo. In my twenty + years of being a condo owner have I ever experienced such a professional property manager at our building. it's such an immense "peace" of mind knowing she's managing our building and there's not one email I have sent that isn't handled accordingly. It's a pleasure to have Mrs. Morales spearheading the upgrades and updates in our beach front condo, a task we all know isn't a simple one, nevertheless, she's been steadfast with regardless the challenges. Thank you, Doris, for your passion for your work, your expertise, and care for all condo members in our building.

Since Rebecca Tallet has begun her tenure at Tropic Harbor there seems to be an air of tranquility and competence in our community. Rebecca exudes kindness, talent and compassion to the residents and has a sense of knowledge that exceeds her years. Thank you for sharing her with us at our community!

Gipsy Penzo, Property Manager of Palm Isles Condo 1 and 3 is absolutely the most efficient, helpful Property Manager I have run across in 20 years of being in Real Estate. She responds immediately and she is kind and very professional. Kudos to Campbell Property Management for having such an excellent employee.

Doris Morales and team are dedicated to keeping our property well managed and maintained. Available on site support for questions and concerns with an open door/open heart listening. Also appreciate communication thru emails/messages with timely response.
