I booked online with no problem
I booked online with no problem. I did end up canceling it due to personal reasons within 24 hours but when I called Fare Depot to reissue the Ticket again, Jorda…n was the One that helped me and resolved my issue with no problem whatsoever. I’m very please with how quickly he took care of the issue. I will hook with fare depot again!!

Excellent Service
Excellent Service. I called to change my reservation but was recommended to do it through their website. After a couple of failed attempts, I called again to get clarification …on the new reservation, they said that it didn't go through because of a possible existing reservation pending cancellation. This call was answered by Jordan and asked me to hold. While I was on hold, he was actually processing a new reservation manually. Upon return, he said all set and done, just verify the info on the email he sent.
It was such a relief that he was concurrently working to make sure that we get the best deal out there on our new reservation. Thanks a ton, Jordon.
