Just bought a car here. The service was phenomenal. The dealer and everyone else were so nice. I not only bought a car, but found friends and a loving environment. Very clean, very user friendly. Made it effortless. THANK you!!! more »

So the big reason for the 4 star rating and not a 5 star rating is solely what happened after I purchased the car. The staff was friendly and really made me feel like I was talking to a friend than a salesman and the process was simple to follow and understand, especially since its my first time buying a car via financing. The issue that arose from the car is that the transmission, whether it was the whole part or just a sensor, (is being worked on at the time of this review) malfunctioned and would not shift correctly through the gears. When I took it up there it worried me that I was told about the code appearing when the got the car and nothing was done to correct the issue before me buying but they did at least allow the car to be fixed with nothing out of pocket and they gave me, while not too nice of a car, a loaner car till the original car came back from the shop.
Good place to get a car but when a car doesn't even last 3 days before something breaks in it I sort of question how much depth they do to check the issues.

Im changing my review because I talked to Jonah the GM. He took the time to talk to me an understand my situation. So I would definitely recommend the dealership an if you have any issues just ask for him. he is very understanding an you can tell he honestly cares about customers. more »
