I do not like dental procedures. The staff, assistant and Dr Smith made me feel so comfortable I forgot how intense it was going to be. Their service was outstanding and their superb professionalism made it a better experience than others. Thank you very much!

I saw Dr. Arens for a retreat of an old root canal. He and his staff made me feel very relaxed. Procedure went well. What impressed me the most was the follow up call from Dr. Arens the next day to see how I was doing.

I had a root canal done years ago but that dentist didn't do a complete job. I started to get swelling in the gum under the tooth so I went to my dentist and he referred me to COE. DR Steven Smith could not have been nicer or more professional. He re-treated the tooth and told me what he was doing every step of the way. The root of the tooth had gotten re-infected so he went in and cleaned it out and made a new cap quickly and painlessly. My experience with Dr. James Poulos was absolutely flawless. I was referred for treatment and from my arrival to when I left, all was 5 star service. Dr. Poulos and his assistant explained the procedure in detail, even though I work in the dental field and was familiar with most of what was happening, they still reassured me along the way! We dental people get a bit nervous in the chair as well! He was awesome, I'm hard to numb and he got it first try! And he sings and hums while he works which I found very soothing. I was in and out in 1 hour! It's been 4 weeks since my visit and my tooth feels perfect! Thank you so much for your caring!

I saw Dr Menke for my treatment and he was amazing! The office staff is fantastic. Everything was explained to me before, during, and after treatment. I truly appreciated the follow up call the next day. I highly recommend this office. I work in the dental field so I have some pretty high expectations, that were all surpassed.

I have had several root canals and was fairly certain that I needed one. They got me in within a few days of my referral. The office staff and the dental assistant were friendly and professional. Dr. Menke explained everything, and then to my surprise, personally phoned the next day to see how I was feeling. This was the last untreated molar, but if I had to get a retreatment of one performed elsewhere-I’d definitely go there. I am fairly certain that I got my first RC there as a hs student—it may have been under a different name. If so, it’s no wonder they are still around. They are excellent from start to finish.

Second time with Dr. Whitcomb. Saved my tooth. Was thorough, skilled and kind. Gave me a discount I didn’t expect. They also play great music as they work on ya!
