Super friendly and professional staff. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond in the install process ensuring we were satisfied. We definitely have noticed way less mosquitoes than prior to install. It is probably a little expensive for the average family for monthly service but well worth it my opinion to lessen the bug bites on us and the little one. We also have a pool and noticed less gnats and other bugs in the pool as well after installation. We like that we have a remote control and can mist the yard before going outside. We chose to do our entrie back yard, side driveway and front porch and best decision for sure. River has serviced our yard for almost 4 years and is always so wonderful and does a great job going above and beyond to make sure we are mosquito free
