We needed a new roof due to hail damage and spoke w/2 roofing contractors to get estimates. Mark of Prime Roofing Florida was the only one who would provide an estimate and a detailed list of what his company would replace. He never asked to see the insurance coverage and didn't ask for any $$$ up front. His estimate, along with a few options that I wanted, came in slightly below the insurance coverage. Easy decision. His work crew is professional & courteous and his Operations Manager, Andrew, stayed in frequent contact to ensure we knew what was happening and when. The job was completed in a timely manner and cleanup was very thorough. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this company. The owner met several times with me and fully explained what needed to be done and what the options were. He was in fact totally honest and recommended repairs rather than a full new roof. They did the repairs at a fair price and did a very good job. They were in and out on time and left the site completely clean and in good order. I will use this company for my future roofing needs.

Prime Roofing was recommended to us by our realtor during our selling process because we had some repair/maintenance that was necessary. Prime Roofing applied elastomeric coating to our roof and the work that was better than any of the work I had researched on this type of coating.

Super excellent work with good work quality at a reasonable price. Matt and his crew were overly polite and displayed good manners and were hard working. Explanations were given on how things would be done and stayed in contact with updated time lines. Employees were clean, well kept, no cursing and no smoking. They were great representatives of the company.

My roof was impacted by hurricane Irma. I found out about Mark from Prime Roofing from one of my friends as she put a call out for roofers on Facebook. I’m sooooo glad I contacted him!!! He was very patient with me as I had several questions for him and I had to repeat some of my questions for my clarification. He wanted to make sure I understood the process. He explained the various types of roofing he offered and with his help and the help of friends & family decided on the perfect roof for me and I simply LOVE it!!! This weekend I’m going to power wash my house and then paint it to compliment my roof.

Mark’s assistant was also fantastic and the crew that worked on my roof was awesome! Before leaving they made sure to clean up the entire area completely. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.
