Maria was great! She helped us purchase our car, we were a first time buyer. She was amazing and was able to explain things. However a con was the wait time, I know she was handling multiple customers at a time but we wait a hour for her at one point. She also didn’t fully explain the lease first payment had to be there which caught us off guard. However besides that she was great! more »

Let me tell you, I will not. I repeat I will not go back to PepBoys. PepBoys missed up my car really bad and Honda of DTLA came to the rescue. Service representative, Israel, took care of everything. Moving forward I will have my car serviced there. They went above and beyond to fix my car, have PepBoys pay for the damages they caused and keep me updated along the way. Jazmine Jimenez was my sales specialist at Honda Downtown Los Angeles. She was recommended to me by a family member and she didn’t disappoint. Excellent customer service from start to finish while trying to help me close the best deal possible. Very helpful since it was my first experience at a dealership. Friendly and very easy to talk to as well. I would give her a 11/10 for going above and beyond the expectations I personally had as a customer.
