They are proactive in helping solve problems and have made everything …seamless over seven years of working with them as a property manager in Clarksville. They provided oversight on larger maintenance issues and were also open to working with contractors that I selected for certain jobs as well as using their own habitual contractors for other repairs. Cheryl and Taylor were also excellent in managing the sale of the house and property when we were ready to sell. I highly recommend working with them as your property managers, because they handle all of your rental needs from getting good renters in, coordinating maintenance, doing regular inspections to keep on top of wear and tear, suggesting maintenance like gutter cleaning and tree trimming, automated monthly and annual statements, automated 1099 forms for taxes, and coordinating sale if you got that route. They provide premium end-to-end property management services.

To be quite honest it was a great PM company to rent from. Though the rules and regulations are very strict etc they made living at the property manageable. Whenever we had a problem the company sent …guys out if not the same day the next day. A+ for that service. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they did not give me the option to Renew which was my plan from the beginning of the year. Had a short window to find another property. Other than that Great company as a whole despite some individuals being snappy while conversing.

I couldn’t even think of a minor thing that I’d change with Copper Key. As a homeowner leasing my house out, Cheryl came out to gauge what she was walking into. I had just found a handyman, which …disappeared during COVID, to assist in finishing my floors. Copper Key worked with him when I left. They were quick to line people up to take care of ankle biting things and would let me know and choose. While I was impatient for them to list it, they already had a renter.
At one point during the lease I had talked to the staff about things that would increase property value. They were great coaches in that area as well.
Fast forward, I notified Copper Key I wanted to sell and they were quick to send me all the info. I had great tenants that took care of my house, so little for anyone to stress. Again, me being impatient, Taylor assured me everything was getting done and it did. It did so well, Taylor had to put a dead line on offers. They offered their suggestions on the offers, I ultimately went in the relationship with Copper Key running the show and I ended our relationship taking their guidance.
Just remember, I’ve had major positives in being an owner and seller. You can’t go wrong with Copper Key. more »
