Hi Dr. Grigoryants, I just wanted to thank you once again🥰 for making my rhinoplasty experience so pleasant and comfortable. I wanted to get rhinoplasty since I was 17 years old and finally now I did it and I am already loving my results. {This picture is 8 days after my surgery}! I am so glad I went to the best of the best and this has been the best decision of my life, specially choosing you as my Dr.
From the email consultation to seeing you in person you made me feel so at ease. You were so patient and you carefully listened to what I wanted . You were clear, honest and best communication ever, oh and not to forget you were so punctual and approachable via phone, instagram Dm’s and emails. You and your staff went above and beyond by going back and forth to accommodate the date I wanted even it was pretty much last minute and your schedule was packed. I can’t wait to see how my nose will look like in couple of months. You are truly a Gem

Great Experience! Completely Worth the Wait!
I am currently 3 weeks post-op and am absolutely loving my nose.
I emailed pictures to Dr. Grigoryants in August 2021 for an online consultatio
n. He responded the next day with a detailed description of exactly what he suggested doing to my nose. He suggested shaving the bump, narrowing the width of the bones, bringing the tip closer to my face (deprojecting it) and narrowing the tip. He also recommended reducing the size of my nostrils and opening my airways if necessary. That same day I called and scheduled my pre-op appointment and surgery day which was May 17, 2022.
I officially met with Dr. Grigoryants at the end of March where he analyzed my nose in person and told me exactly what he suggested we do. I didn't bring in any inspiration pictures because I trusted his judgment and trusted that he would deliver a nose that perfectly fits my face. The meeting was short and to the point but I never felt rushed or like I was not being listened to. He was very kind and reassuring! After meeting with him I was super confident in my decision to go forward with him as my surgeon. I paid for the surgery the day of my pre-op and the prescriptions were all sent over to my pharmacy that day.
On the day of the surgery I was excited and a little nervous. The nurses were all extremely kind and I felt like I was in great hands. I met with the anesthesiologist (who was SO incredibly kind) and let her know ahead of time that I get extremely nauseous and have always thrown up after my previous surgeries. They gave me a patch behind my ear that was supposed to help with nausea. I spoke to Dr. Grigoryants briefly, and then before I knew it I was asleep in the operating room.
I woke up feeling a lot of pain but they immediately gave me pain medication. Unfortunately, the patch for nausea did not help and I ended up throwing up blood and anything I tried to eat about 4 times that day. The nurse did reassure me that it was ok to vomit and that it wouldn't interfere with the surgery.
The following 2 weeks of recovery were really rough. I felt a lot of pain and pressure on my face and eyes, and surprisingly had a lot of pain in my teeth and throat. I was taking the pain medication consistently every 4ish hours. I had bruising around and on my eyes which ended up dissipating within a week and a ton of facial swelling (all of which was expected). Sleeping at night was the worst part of the healing process. Since I could not breathe through my nose, I woke up constantly every 2ish hours with a completely bone-dry throat, mouth and tongue. I ended up buying a humidifier which helped a little but there's not much you can truly do other than just putting up with it and drinking as much water as possible.
The day of the cast removal (6 days post-op) I met with Nurse Natalie who quickly removed all the outside stitches and cast. It was painful but not unbearable. She instructed me on how to tape my nose and then I quickly met with Dr. Grigoryants who looked over my nose and answered any questions I had.
I didn't feel great, was nauseous, and felt a lot of pressure on my face until about 2 weeks post-op. I am now 3 weeks post-op and am loving my results. As with anything done by a human, there are bound to be slight imperfections but my nostrils are perfectly symmetrical and my nose is better than I could've ever imagined. I still have a lot of swelling and healing left but so far so good!
I still have internal stitches that are slowly coming out, and I'm finally noticing my breathing starting to improve. I clean my nose with saline spray and tape my nose every night religiously. I no longer take Tylenol or anything else for pain. My nose is still really sensitive so I try to not put on face makeup, or use a very light hand if I have to.
I plan on updating my review with pictures and any new information as time goes on.
My nose before!
My right side was always my "bad side." I always tried to hide that side of my face and never photographed from that side. I also could barely breathe out of my right nostril, and now 3 weeks post-op I am starting to be able to breathe SO much better.

Dr. Grigoryants single handedly changed my life. I chose to have a rhinoplasty and septoplasty under his care and it was by far one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Dr. Grigoryants and his staff made me feel safe, comfortable and secure in my decision. My results are fantastic and I look very natural, yet improved. You won’t regret your decision to choose him, and if you’re anything like me, you’ll thank him at your post-op for changing your life! more »

Dr. G. is a genius. I had two bad facial injuries as a child that left my nose very different on one side than the other. Not only was it assymetrical and crooked but there was substantial scarring on the inside which required a (long-delayed) septoplasty. I asked him, while he was fixing the inside, if he could make the outside look better by matching the "injured side" to the "uninjured side." He said he couldn't match it exactly but he could get very close. And he did! He also made the tip sligthly thinner and overall it is a significant, though also subtle, improvement: the sweet spot for all such surgeries. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend him for his honesty and straightforwardness in addition to his surgical artistry. more »

Dr. Grigoryants is the best!!! I’m 4 months post op and have never looked or breathed better. I got a rhinoplasty and septoplasty because I’ve always hated my nose shape and also had obstructed nasal cavities. I love how my nose looks and no longer mouth breathe lol! I 100% recommend Dr. Grigoryants just trust the process and the result is worth it. more »

Easily the best decision I've ever made was choosing Dr. Grigoryants to perform my primary rhinoplasty! Him and his staff have been nothing short of helpful throughout this entire process.
From my very first consultation, Dr. Grigoryants was extremely patient and attentive, making sure to answer all my questions and set realistic expectations on my results post-surgery. A green flag during my pre-surgery appointments was that he never asked to see any "inspo pictures" of what I wanted done, but told me what could be done with my existing nose. Having a nose that still fit my existing features was my number one priority.
From the information provided prior to my surgery date, I felt prepared during each step of my recovery process. The staff was also very quick to answer any additional questions of mine that came that weren't previously answered.
Most importantly, my deviated septum was completely corrected. My right nostril no longer collapses when I take in a large breath of air and my breathing has become less strained overall.
Today is officially 1 year post-op and I couldn't be happier. Happy 1 year new nose anniversary to me!

Simply magnificent! Doctor Grigoryants is an amazing plastic surgeon. I had a rhinoplasty - septoplasty almost 6 years ago and I couldn’t be happier, he did a functional, beautiful, natural nose. Doctor Grigoryants will do a close follow up for the next 3 years after surgery. 2 years after my nose surgery I decided to have a breast reduction with lifting, and of course I went back to D... more »

My entire life has been a constant battle for self confidence. I knew I had a beautiful soul to share the world, but my appearance always held me back. That is, until I decided to reach out to Dr. Grigoryants!
Even though I live 7 hours away, the doctor took the time to return emails, and see me for a virtual consultation. I made the drive down and spent a week in a local B&B. The hospital nurses were living angels. I was very nervous before surgery, as it was my first time going under anesthesia. The nurses were very sweet in checking on me and Dr. Grigoryants came in to assure I was in good hands. The Anesthesiologist also had a very loving bedside manner that honestly made the experience comforting.
It’s now 5 months post-op and I love my results! I look in the mirror and finally feel like myself. No other surgeon could have masterfully crafted my once very large nose into such a cute shape, as Dr. Grigoryants has done for me. I’m very happy I did my research and highly recommend!

This surgeon and his nurse literally changed my life and gave me a whole new face nearly- Dr. Grigoryants knew what to do and when to do it! My appearance has improved a ton and people have noticed and actually will give me a second look now! This is from someone who was not so called pretty in the past. Taken care of very well and he had great confidence too. Happy, personable person also- and the best in the U.S. and maybe even the world for what he does! more »

I had previously had a rhinoplasty, the doctor promised everything I wanted a small petite nose. However my nose still hooked two years post op! I don’t like writing reviews because I don’t want people to know I had surgery but I need to give credit! Dr Grigoryants did an amazing job and took in all my concerns . I was embarrassed to admit I had a nose job because my nose was still HUGE. It’... more »

Dr. G preformed my rhinoplasty in July 2020. I wanted a cute, upturned nose with small nostrils and small tip. I chose Dr. G because I loved his work and I still do but I guess I was a difficult case because my nose came out nothing like I wanted. It's asymmetrical as my left nostril is smaller than my right nostril. Cartilage is poking from the left side of the tip. My nose has a bulbous tip... more »
