I feel compelled to issue a most positive review of Riverland Homes Senior Development in Galt California. My wife and I sold our home in December of 2022 and made an offer to purchase a new home in the Dry Creek Oaks Development. When the Developer of the property failed to complete off site sewer upgrades as required by the City of Galt, Riverland Homes (the Builder) stepped up; took over off site upgrades, and addressed any injuries sustained by early purchasers. We closed on our new home in late March of 2023 and as in any new construction there have been issues needing addressing; However I can say unequivocally and without reservation that those issues have been handled in a fair and amiable manner. In our research of the builder prior to buying we had heard nothing but good reviews. We have not been disappointed!! If you are looking for a reasonably priced quality retirement home in a new development check out Dry Creek Oaks in Galt, California.

I couldn't be happier!! The team at Riverland went above and beyond to make this house our new home. Everyone my family and I worked with guided us every step of the way. I recommend these guys to anyone looking into buying a home. They deliver!!

We had a few repairs needed that were under warranty. Vaheh and the warranty/customer service team were wonderful to work with. The repairs were completed as promised and on time. It was a pleasure working with Vaheh and his team.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Riverland and our new home. Eric and Nick have gone above and beyond to give assistance where it’s needed, provide prompt communication, and made us feel heard with any questions or concerns we’ve had. I would highly recommend the beautiful work Riverland has done with creating such beautiful homes.

After purchasing my Riverland Home there has only been a few times I have had to call for a repair. When I have had to call, “V” is awesome!! He comes out quickly to assess the situation and if he can not fix it then, he has his team repair it quickly. I can not thank these guys enough. I can say Riverland definitely stands behind their work. I have yet to have a negative experience. They are great!!

Riveland builds quality homes. You can see there workmanship as soon as you walk in the front door. They have an excellent warranty team. With fast, curtious professional staff. With a team that backs up there workmanship. There's no better piece of mind a homeowner can have.

Riveland homes makes quality homes at a reasonable price. You can see how well there built and quality as soon as you walk inside. I had a few minor issues smoke alarm and Rv access gate. The warranty team was professional and corrected the problems.

We have been in our new home for a month and each time we contacted Riverland Homes, the experience was pleasant. The customer service team are always friendly, professional and courteous. When calling the representative listens fully understanding the situation and best way to address the issue. We also want to compliment Vaheh (V) who has been in our home several times always friendly, professional and taking care of the issues. He is truly an asset to Riverland Homes. New home walk through/inspection. The walk through was thorough and enjoyable The home had not been cleaned yet and still had sawdust, glue on counters and dirt throughout. Our concerns were noted and signed to for completion. Some questions could not be answered but the general contractor came by and answered those questions. They were mostly outside grading was not completed but would be taken care of before closing.

This experience Was smooth and everyone was amazing to work wither they had all the answers and were always profit and pleasant

Vaheh was very friendly, professional, and thorough in going through the home with me. He marked many things and explained many features. I’m almost home & it is beautiful!

Ryan Austin with the Riverland Homes warranty team is awesome! Our tankless water heater was not working and leaked. Reached out to him for advice and troubleshooting tips. We couldn’t fix it over the phone but Ryan was able to make it out the next day to attempt one last fix even though the water heater was out of warranty. And the part he replaced solved the problem and the water heater is back up and running like new! Riverland Homes and their warranty department really cares about their home buyers and are the best!

The Riverland home builders, build beautiful homes. The prices are affordable and well constructed. The Riverland employees showed true professionalism.. During the construction we had many delays due to weather, however, Riverland and organizations affiliated with Riverland kept us informed of their progress despite the unforeseen delays. Good job Riverland.
