I absolutely love going to excel dental in Billerica, Everyone is just so nice and it was actually painless. I had fillings, my gums and teeth cleaned and I had a bridge made or a partial. I know it has a bridge, but I cannot say enough about this Facility they are amazing. And they are very flexible, they are also are Very good at their billing to make your bill as low as possible. I can’t wait to go back in three months. I bet nobody ever said that.

Friendly, clean and thorough. From the receptionist to the tech to Dr. Patel himself. Everyone was kind and approachable. I love how he broke down his assessment of my teeth so I could fully understand. Looking forward to returning.

The dentist's office is not my favorite place to be. But Excell dental in lowell was by far the best experience I've had as far as staff. They have been so friendly. They're always polite over the phone. I had a lot of anxiety before and during my procedure but Dr. Golnazarian and his team were very understanding. They worked at my pace and did everything they could to make the process as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Harry Golnazarian pulled my wisdom teeth and helped immensely with helping me feel comfortable and safe whilst pulling the teeth out. He did it so well I didn't even realize my teeth were out! If you need your wisdom teeth out I'd definitely recommend coming here.

Exceptional service. Dr. Shivam Patel was highly professional in thoroughly explaining the procedures I needed to undergo to complete my treatment, and the dental assistant, Angela, provided excellent care during my X-ray procedure, and polishing making it very comfortable.

I see Dr. Swagat Patel. He is the first dentist who has ever been able to numb me properly. I have a condition called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome that makes local anesthetics less effective for me. This isn’t a problem for Dr.Patel. Despite my condition being very rare, he knows about it, and knows how to treat me effectively. I have NEVER had this experience. Usually the dentist has been a source of great pain and anxiety for me, but not anymore. He explains every step that he’s going to do, goes through your treatment plan with you, and always makes sure you’re comfortable. His assistants and front desk staff are also fantastic. They’re always on top of their game and are an asset to the office. They all make a great team. Five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
