My credit score is around 800’s & I have struggled real bad communicating with other loan officers (she was nice and all Veronica) for more than a week I wasted my time & my loan application got declined & I NEVER been decline
before !!!!!!!!!!!!! it looks like she didn’t have a clue what she’s was doing but another loan officer named (Wanda) was a GREAT help she sealed the deal in less than couple of hours with me refinancing my car , thanks Wanda I know who to talk to for now on to get business done. 👍😊🙏

Love my credit union, received a fraud alert call regarding my debit card. I was able to deactivate the card and have a new one issued on the same day. Great customer service Thank you!!!. more »

Orlando credit union is my work place plus my financial institution we offer the best rates in town.
I'm at Semoran branch if anyone need my help or any advice on loans.

The credit union is excellent that loan process was great. Your services is great. Your inside customer reps are great. That only problem is your window teller and I believed they just don’t understand customer service. You provide a customer services idea like chase or Publix. I believed that customer would a better experience. more »
