Absolutely loved living here, maintenance is ridiculously fast and the concrete walls make you feel like you are living in your own apartment without any neighbors on top of the great Cap hill location. It's pricey but those living room mountain views are well worth it. more »

Mosaic has managed my properties for several years. After a horrible experience with a previous company I was lucky to find them. From Derek, my main contact, to Mike and Liz Morganroth and everyone in the maintenance department, they are top notch. I have had nearly zero vacancy, rents kept at market, tenants that seem happy and best of all, no surprises. They keep me up to date on the status of things and do a GREAT job monitoring the condition of the property. I own property in 3 states and only wish they had offices in CO and ID. Great group to work with, you won't be disappointed!!! more »

Going on my 6th year at the heights and I have loved every minute of it. I never hear my neighbors or have any issues with other tenants. The maintenance and staff is always present and tentative. more »
