Called this morning to see how backed up they were as my car wouldn't start last night or this morning.

They said as long as it was a battery and I could get it in this morning, they would have me up and running by the end of the day.

They kept me informed as the process went with what they found and the total.

I've had multiple experiences with Canton Auto Repair and they have all been amazing. They are great at communicating. They are fair, won't do unnecessary things and they always check with me first before doing anything. They give advice on what needs attention on my car, which I greatly appriciate. They made a call to the dealership when there was a discrepancy on what oil to use on my car. They let me know they couldn't figure out why my car was idling weird and didn't charge me for their time. They are a shop who I trust to make good decisions and I feel like that's rare.
