Dr. Zamos was kind, caring, and very professional. He took excellent care of my teeth. And they have the best chapstick!!

I have been a patient of Dr Heather for a few years now. The staff are always welcoming and personable, and Dr Heather does an awesome job of making you a part of your treatment plan. She listens, answers questions professionally, and you don't feel like just a number. I will be a patient a for a long time!

I can't say enough to compliment and recommend the crew at Colby Pacific Dental. April answered my call and helped me with appointments, dental records, insurance questions. Darcy was so great when I had my exam - listened and asked great questions, and made me feel unbelievably at home. I never expected to find this at a dentist office, but I'm so glad I have! Becca was very thorough, gentle, and skilled at deep cleaning. And last, but most gratifying, Dr. Heather was top-quality. Super knowledgeable and informative, gentle touch, very thorough, took the time to clearly answer any questions I had. I left multiple appointments feeling like I have the absolute best dental care team, along with over-and-above customer care. Highly highly recommend.

The Doctors and staff at Pacific Family Dental are very caring and professional. They are very concerned with patient comfort and willing to work with me to obtain the results I wanted. I have had procedures done by both dentists and was always extremely happy with the care and great results I received! I have never had to wait for a scheduled appointment and the staff always worked with me when scheduling appointments which worked for me. I highly recommend their office when in need of dental procedures!

Honestly the best group of people. Warm hearts, extremely professional and they do fantastic work, and I get excited to go to the dentist. If you don't see them, you're missing out! I recommend to everyone I love.

Every single person I came across in this office was kind and accommodating. I felt like a superstar the moment I walked in, and that feeling lasted the entire appointment. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Zamos, and we found out we're both from Ohio. (O-H!) He was so knowledgeable and was able to explain his thought process to me in a way that I could understand, and did so with respect.
As long as I'm in Everett, Colby Pacific Family Dentistry will be my dentist.

From the moment I walked in to smiles and laughter and thru the initial exam; everyone was so kind, gentle & professional. My dentist of over 30 years had retired so I was nervous going to someone new. Dr. Eggenberger & Jill were fantastic. Definitely made my day. On my way out Candy again made me laugh. So refreshing to see people who really enjoy their jobs.

I felt safe with the office's new air filtration system and all the extra safeguards the staff utilizes against Covid. I've been a patient at the dentistry for many years now, and I've always been happy with my care. Krista, the dental assistant, and Dr. Eggenberger are consistently top notch.
Thought I should update my review since it's been 3 years now, since Covid. The crew at Colby Dentistry have maintained their excellent care and I plan to add my son who's turning 18 next year to their list of satisfied patients! Highly recommend this dentistry.

Amazing care from Candy at front desk to Dr Eggenberger and all the hygienists are very professional and careful.
Also, Taylor is my girl with the relaxing gum cleanings. She really is disarming and sweet, and funny.
