Came to check for possible leak. Did more to be certain!

Hurricane Ian left us with a clean break of the water line to our house. We called Monday morning, and the receptionist was extremely pleasant - which honestly surprised us a bit - I can't imagine the calls she was fielding from the storm... Because we had no water, they prioritized our house... So we thought we would see someone that day at some point. Within 15 minutes we got text messages that Ben was on the way, and he showed up immediately following.
Ben diagnosed the issue, explained it to my wife, then me over the phone... and completed the repair immediately. I can't tell you how much relief Titanz provided us during a challenging time. I believe the pricing was fair... and the service was impeccable. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks to Titanz for bringing back a small piece of normal to an otherwise chaotic time.

The company came very promptly and within the same day as I called. The men were very professional and were able to quickly give me an estimate solve the problem and replace the part as they had it on their truck.

We called Titanz after Hurricane Ida as our pipes had been ripped from the wall. They were here in 2 days! These guys experienced the hurricane as well and are out working. What great people! They explained everything and fixed what needed fixing and told us what we could wait on. So happy with them!!!

Called sunday Oct. 2. They said they would fit us in. Oct 3 I got text they were on the way at 8:30. They got us all fixed up and running. Highly recommend this company for air and plumbing.

TitanZ was on time and the technician Alex was so professional. The worksite was immaculate when he was done. I am thrilled with my new whole home water filtration system and my new hot water heater. The cost was so consumer friendly. I would use this company again.

Alex and his team were respectful and the repiping was done thoroughly and in a timely manner. I have been telling many that if they needed any plumbing or AC services to call Titanz!!! They are the GREATEST!!!

Ben was absolutely fabulous!! You have such an amazing employee. He not only fixed the clog but explained WHY it got clogged. He did a visual of the pipes and explained it perfectly so we could understand. This employee has many skill: professionalism, polite, articulate, great at what he does, and he is trustworthy. Not like others who try to sell you more services than you need. We will definitely be using TitanZ again.

Alex was very nice, explaining the process and potential challenges. Unfortunately, his first attempt at our leak detection was a total miss. We had hired another plumber, who only charged a third of what Titanz was going to charge, but at Alex's mark, there was not even a pipe. Ooops. I then called Titanz back, and initially the representative did not know if we had to pay for Alex to come back and try a second time. After an hour, I called back, to see if there was a decision on a cost for getting Alex out again, and this other representative said, of course not! Within a couple hours Alex showed up with drill and hammer, and found the leak....just in a different location. He was in a bit of a hurry, but hammered out the correct location to make sure it was right-on this time, and it was. Thanks Alex! It appears the leaky pipe was against a PVC drain line which caused some rather strange vibration in the slab. Alex was the hero, but the Titanz way of estimating the jobs/work offered....was not so much, way-too expensive. Alex was great, but my decision to hire another plumber was right-on as well!
