Dr. Gupta and his staff were wonderful with my 1 year old son, who needed ear tubes. The surgery went very smoothly and my son has had no ear infections since. Very pleased with our care and highly recommend this practice!

I have been on allergy shots and had my initial allergy test years ago. Beth has been amazing as my allergist and helping me with my allergy shots. She is kind, helpful, fast and always checks in on me with my allergies and incredibly knowledgeable!

I have been getting allergy shots for about a year! Dr. Gupta and the allergy department have been super helpful and supportive to me in getting my allergy shots. I’ve seen big improvements to my overall health as I’ve not been suffering from repeat sinus infections anymore.

2 stars are taken away because the check in process at the front desk staff could use some work. I’ve come in during my appointment time just to stand in line for over 10 minutes just to check in. I’ve learned to use the app/online service to check-in and pay for my bills. Today, for instance, I waited at the desk to check in and was ignored. I watched the receptionist as she continued to hold conversation with another employee. She did not acknowledge me at all. Then she proceeded to dial and call either a patient or whoever. I went ahead and sat down since she was clearly too busy to check me in. As soon as I sat down, she asked for my last name to check me in.

In cases like these, they should at least let patients know to wait a second or to sit down while they finish their business. This kind of service is what slows their check-in/check-outs down a lot, causing a flood of people to be in the lobby.

Hoping this review improves this clinic as this place serves a lot of local patients who can’t make the drive to the bigger clinic in Cary.

I had balloons to expand my sinuses and turbinate to help my breathing and snoring. It's only been a week but I can breath better, the weather didn't make my face feel like it's going to explode, and my snoring has been reduced significantly. I totally recommend visiting this place and at the very least exploring your options.

After previously seeing another ENT and not agreeing with his “everything looks good” diagnosis I was referred to Dr Gupta who actually spent the time to listen to me and do the necessary tests, his staff follows up when required and everyone is very pleasant.
I highly recommend this office.
