Some of the most kind, helpful, honest people you'll meet that won't try to take advantage of you. When they say family, they mean it. Years after my car purchase, they're still there to help with whatever you need. Jonathan Mascelli is a awesome guy & will never "steer you wrong", (Sorry, couldn't help but throw in the pun.)

I am a resident of both Miami, FL and Beech Mtn., NC and needed service on my Volvo SUV while in the mountains. I called Friendship Volvo in Bristol, TN (the closest to Beech Mtn.) and was promptly given an appointment by the very friendly and informative Travis. I spent a couple of hours at the beautiful dealership where my recall issue was addressed, in addition to 2 other potential issues of which I was not aware.
The entire staff, Travis, Brent, Richard and Jonathan could not have been nicer and my husband and I look forward to visiting the dealership in the next several months when my lease expires to look into getting Volvo.

We went to look at the used cars and Randy immediately greeted us and went out of his way to go grab keys, open cars for us to look at, and just provide good customer service in general. He was not pushy at all and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We have had to contact the dealership a couple of times since purchasing the vehicle and Randy has made sure that we have been satisfied with the outcome. If you are looking to buy, I HIGHLY recommend going to Friendship Volvo and asking for Randy. He is great at what he does and genuinely wants the customer to be happy.

Nicest people you will ever meet have an issue with my door went in on Thursday they said they had to order my part was here on Monday they called me first thing to set my apt. Up to fix it. Absoulty love this place!!!!
