Is the best dental I ever went to ever no one is very good they take good care of their patients

I am so embarrassed, I was in the office Feb.22.2024, almost a month ago, and going through so much with a new baby. Finally, I have time to write a review on an AMAZING about a woman who works at Native Dental name Linda. My mouth is badly diseased and right now I am in a lot of pain. I do not have a lot of money and my teeth are decaying. My mouth hurts just from drinking room temperature water! I do not even have dental insurance with my job. I literally cried when I found out how much it was going to cost to restore my mouth. Linda spent over an hour with me walking me through different payment plans, and going over step by step what to expect through the restoration process of my gums and teeth. You can not train people in kindness nor compassion, Linda was real, understanding, down to earth and above all did not make me feel ashamed of my mouth. The kindness Linda showed me was beyond. I am grateful and no longer afraid of the dentist. The best part?!! I live in Queens, NYC and I made it my business to go to Native Dental in Jersey City! Why?!! Because people like Linda make you feel like family!! #PatientForLife

Great staff! Welcoming atmosphere, staff is attentive to my needs and attend to all my concerns. Doctors are always available when needed and their very flexible with our changing schedules.

I’ve been going here for a while now and I can definitely say that this is one of the best dental offices by far. The team is excellent, professional, and kind. Sylvia is a real sweetheart who will make sure that you are comfortable throughout your appointment and the rest of the staff make sure that you have a seamless experience. Linda and Aidan make sure that your appointments are scheduled ahead of time and that you are aware of where you are in your treatment process. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Everyone in the office were friendly and a delight! From the receptionist, office staff, dental hygienist and dentist!! Both Linda, and Sylvia were excellent! They were caring, friendly, and professional. Linda did an awesome job with providing me with recommendations and information. Dr. Abdeen was wonderful! Very down to earth and considerate. I highly recommend this office.

I thoroughly enjoy coming for my visits, the staff is great and makes the dreadful process of going to the dentist quick an easy. Sylvia was great and communicated what was going on throughout the dentistry work/visit. Highly recommend.

The staff made me feel very comfortable and I never felt as relaxed as I do with them. They also do a great job with my teeth.

Never have I ever heard my kids so excited about going to the dentist. Super friendly staff and Dr. Hagan is always very patient and explains everything thoroughly in a way my children understands what to expect. Sylvia made sure my daughter was very calm while being seen.

This dentist is alright with me. Never met the head dentist but the rest of the Staff are friendly and amazing. Me and my children got a cleanings done. Jackie is amazing she is very gentle on your teeth. Usually when I go to other dentist they are very aggressive on the teeth and gums..Not this dentist. Not Jackie ..She made us feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing.. If you want a nice, easy , smooth cleaning without feeling pain, go here ..The only issue I have is hearing the receptionist tell another patient that she was going to fight with her insurance to have work done on her teeth because the insurance denied her of work .. Now I have the same thing going on with me where the insurance denied me but she never once told me she was going to fight it. She told me I have to appeal it and fight it myself. So my question is do they pick and choose whom to fight for. Or does the other patient have better insurance than I do…I thought once the insurance denied it the dentist supposed to appeal first and if it’s denied again then I supposed to fight it myself. I’m not understanding this one. So my question would be do they pick and choose because it doesn’t seem like they are trying to help at all just told me to appeal myself. Other than that everything else went smooth..Not happy on that part.
