From the dry out process and demo with Ramone, to working with Robert and Eli for the reconstruction, EVERYBODY has been so incredibly helpful, attentive, on time, and went above and beyond. Our septic back flowed into our house that we purchased 5 months ago, which caused multiple floods in our finished area downstairs. Drywall had to be cut out, floors taken up, etc. They handled everything with my insurance company to make this process as smooth as possible and kept me in the loop with everything. We even hired them to do some additional work that insurance did not cover and they were very reasonable cost wise. I made a request to get the work done before my dad came into town to stay with us and they have done everything in their power to get all of the important things done so he could come stay comfortably with us. I will definitely be calling them again shall we need anything in the future and recommend their company to anyone who needs these services. Thank you all so much!

All Restoration repaired some damage in our home about four years ago. After 3.5 years, we realized the repairs had not been completed to code, an accidental miss. Bart and Travis came out to assess the damage and immediately accepted responsibility for what happened. The team quickly had a crew out to remove the damage and redo the work.

Randy Slaton and his team (Devon and others) were amazing! We had some smoke damage in our house. Randy and his team were prompt, professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. As someone who is in the insurance industry, I am skeptical of restoration vendors, but Randy was honest and upfront about everything. I would highly recommend!

I spoke to Johnathon at 8:30AM, Luke and Cody arrived on site by 9:30AM and by 5PM my demo was complete and drying/dehumidifying process started!!! Luke and Cody followed up to check equipment and removed it timely. Reggie came to prep some schematics, he was super polite. I met with Randy, spoke to Sergio and even had a conversation with Blake, who will assist with our restoration. If I can use the mitigation as a comparison for the upcoming restoration then our home will be golden sooner than later!

My family needed help in restoring our basement after a flood, and the subsequent foundation repair. Our needs were "special" since we could not puncture our basement walls that had a moisture barrier, and could not puncture the floors where a foundation gutter system was installed. All Restoration Solutions did not shy away from the job after other companies had, and was an amazing partner through the whole process. When Sergio came out to provide us a quote, he took the extra time to brainstorm with us, and make sure we got the best bang for our buck. Some of our favorite parts of the remodel (customer bookcase) came from his ideas on the first day. Once we agreed to move forward with ARS, we were handed off to Tyler and Alex who could not have been better. All throughout the project they took the time to listen to our concerns, work through issues that came up, and resolve the eventual hiccups immediately. Even when COVID slowed us down, they didn't minimize our concerns, and made us feel comfortable about how we would finish the job. Communication and understanding are important, and they nailed it. Finally, Miquel and his crew were awesome during the construction, and honestly felt like family while they were here. They worked quick while also making sure our special needs were met the entire time. My family can't say enough about ARS!

ARS recently completed repairs at our home after water damage. I only have great things to say about our experience with them. Our project manager, Scott Graham, was awesome! He was very professional, responsive, communicative, concerned, and very nice and pleasant. All the various crews that did the repairs were courteous, timely, and very capable. We are extremely pleased with ARS and would not hesitate to recommend them.!

I experienced major water damage following the Arctic blast that hit Houston in February 2021. Within 48 hours of speaking with my insurance adjuster, the ARS crew drove from Georgia and arrived at my home in Houston. They spent all day doing demolition, cleaning as the progressed through each room as to not leave piles of debris. The crew was polite, clean, respectful, and sympathetic. ARS set up fans and dehumidifiers as they left my house at 11PM Saturday night. They returned every other day to check on moisture levels and removed the fans after 5 days. This was my first experience with a restoration crew and, given the circumstances, I could not be more pleased with the experience working with ARS. I highly recommend All Restoration Solutions, LLC without reservation.

Mr. Williams has been to our residence and done a fantastic job. We had a flooded basement and also a small amount of mold.
