I moved in this past weekend, so far it has been a good experience. Erin and Xavier have been very warm and accommodating. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.

I've been at Elements of Madison for almost a year and it's been an overall great experience. Reasonable price for a two bedroom apartment with newer appliances. Xavier in the front office especially is wonderful, he's a pleasure to talk to and is super helpful!

Erin and Xavier are always very helpful anytime i have questions or concerns.

Friendly staff, always willing to help. My issue is with the water pressure. If someone in my building is using the water, be it: dishwasher, laundry or just even flushing a toilet…. There is barely any water pressure. Nothing worse then being in the middle of a shower and hardly any water to rinse off… you have to wait until whatever/whomever is done using it to get the pressure back up. Rent is way to high to have this kind of issue. One other thing: Don’t expect to pay just rent, there are a lot of extra fees. Pay your rent online is convenient, but it’s going to cost you, like $23. It’s insane to me , because these are not anything close to a luxury apartment. Unfortunately, rent seems to be really high everywhere. American greed at its finest!

Such a good place to live with your kids. Playground is nice and specious. We just moved from there for job reasons. We got a fully renovated apartment downstairs and it was quite. The management team are kind.

Update: I have now lived here for a year and I have to say that EVERY SINGLE TIME I have needed ANY kind of emergency repair done.. these guys are FAST to reply! They're also VERY quick about non-emergence fixes! It's completely unheard of! Also, the WHOLE time I've been here I have only seen ONE bug (a beetle like insect that I admit MIGHT have been a roach) BUT IT WAS OUTSIDE!
Also something noteworthy is the fact that I'm a disabled person whom has a lot of needs that maintenance has had to keep. Things like "My AC is not working as efficiently as it was before.. I have severe heat intolerance. May I please have this fixed very soon?" They were ALWAYS there SAME DAY (within hours at the most!)
I cannot compliment this place enough and I desperately hope that I can afford to continue living here!

So far... Everyone on staff is great! HOWEVER! I do have to point out that Xavier has been an absolute JOY to speak with! Professional and efficient, yet personable! I had an issue that was, to me, a little embarrassing and he made it feel like it was absolutely NOTHING to be embarrassed about. Give this man a raise (with a Christmas bonus).

Had a fair amount of issues when i moved in HOWEVER! Xavier fixed everything and made my move in very satisfactory. Hate to say this (because its more work for him) but if you have any problems the Manager Xavier is the man to talk too.

The manager was a big part of my move in. Xavier made me feel like I was really apart of a great community.

It was a pleasure working with this group!

Will is such a great person, he truly cares about the residents. He made the application and move in process smooth and enjoyable. I recommend you check them out.

Will and Kylie are leasing agent gold both of them ! They made the move in process so easy & it was super affordable ! The price of living is crazy right now and I lucked up meeting these two , my apartment is super modern with flat stove tops and stainless steel appliances and it’s so cute ! I’m super exited about getting my keys Monday ! This entire process will and Kylie have been nothing but patient and super helpful! I look forward to spending the next few years here & in 6months once I’m settled I’ll come and give another review about the neighborhood and my neighbors! Thanks again will and Kylie ! My husband and I decided to stop here on a Saturday to take a look at the apartments and get some pricing information. We were pleasantly greeted by the assistant manager, Will who had a bright, charismatic, and positive personality. We could tell he was in the middle of something, but he stopped and gave us full attention. We had just left another apartment community down the road and did not get this level of service. The apartments were nicely renovated and tucked away in a quite corner surrounded by full pine trees. Although there is a bit of construction going on the main road, it looks like they are putting in side walks that lead to the historical side of Madison, which is really neat! They are close to several food options, grocery stores, and shopping. Overall, I believe they are a great option for someone wanting to be close to Bridgestreet and other shopping without being in the middle of all the traffic.

The customer service was great. Kylie was very sweet when I came to get my keys. My apartment wasn’t ready when I got there but she kept me informed about the process the entire time. Xavier came to apologize but I completely understood sometimes things come up and I appreciate them for getting it ready in a timely manner. I am very happy I chose this place to be my new home.

Great experience with the tour and application process. Very fast and great communication from the management team.

Out of all the apartment complexes I’ve visited this on has the best customer service. They gave me so much information and helped me out even when they were closed. The young man with curly hair in the office made me want to live there with out evening seein the floor plan. The prices are a little to big for me, but I’ll recommend this complex to anyone looking for good service.
