My girlfriend and I, just moved into this community and we haven't even lived here for a whole day just yet, but we already feel at peace here, the community is beautiful, and the management staff is so helpful and polite. The Elements of Madison is a wonderful place to call home.

My wife and I have decided not to move forward with elements of Madison, but that has nothing to do with the amazing and wonderful tour that we received from Hailey. From what we have seen for elements of Madison, it isn’t a very convenient location, phase one or two I can’t remember is much nicer than the other face and the apartments are very well kept. we really enjoyed our time with Hailey as she was super professional, helpful and told us all the details about living in Madison. She knows great locations for food gems, and anything else you may have in mind while moving. I strongly recommend taking a tour with Hailey if you are considering elements or any apartment in Madison Alabama.

Was a great experience touring and speaking with Hailey and Cali. They were both very accommodating, and knowledgeable. I did not choose to apply, but this was due to qualification requirements on my part and was in no way an indication of the apartments nor the staff.

Recently moved in and Jessica Clarke was the leasing agent that assisted me. She went above and beyond to help in the application process. She was there every step of the way to make sure we were able to move in by our moving date. She is exceptional and I truly appreciate all her effort and dedication. Thank you Jessica!

We love The Elements of Madison. Hailey was our leasing agent and she was incredible at making the application process easy and smooth. The property is beautiful and quiet and our apartment was very clean and prepped perfectly for us before our move in. Couldn't be happier with our experience so far!

Renovated units look great, maintenance is inconsistent, but new management is reasonable. Expect the system used to pay rent to change every 3 months and the fees associated with it to fluctuate accordingly.

I've lived here about 4 months. The staff is great, the common areas are well taken care of and I have no problems with my neighbors. They do cool food trucks and community events from time to time. Any time I report an issue it is IMMEDIATELY responded too. I will probably stay here a couple years.

Property management is now phenomenal
My mother, her husband and several of their close friends live in Elements. Until the recent management changes, they were afraid to request maintenance - and even when they would, their concerns were left ignored. They were threatened by former management with having to pay out of pocket to handle a preexisting pest problem that had been ongoing since the date of move-in. The new property manager is AMAZING, a true godsend. Since the new manager has taken over, all of their concerns are being attended. I sleep well at night knowing my elderly mother is in a property managed by such a capable, attentive and personable manager. I would recommend this property to anyone - as long as Callie has the reigns.

Xavier the manager communicated well. I'm sure Cali the new property manager will do a great job. Really clean grounds. Very quiet. Never any late night nonsense like ppl hangout sitting on there cars in crowds listen to loud music. Spacious apts. Newly renovated everything.

I've got elderly family, and their friends who call these apartments home. For the past few years they've had issues with property management, pest control, pet waste, etc. Recently, this property went under the management of Calli. They are now PROUD to call this place home, and I can rest easy knowing that the property is being managed by such a professional and caring individual. Every community has their problems - but I would advocate for any friend or family member to live here as the direction trends upwards.

The staff will go above and beyond to make sure they help you as much as they can to get you in! Nice community so far! Maintenance fixed what needed to be fixed and I'm loving my new place!

Great experience working with the office staff. Apartment looked great when I moved. I would recommend Elements of Madison if you’re looking for a new home.
