Dr El-Refai and her team were everything I would hope for with my root canal procedure. They were professional, courteous, friendly and highly skilled. Dr El-Refai turned what most people think of as a dreaded undertaking into a walk in the park. Dr. El-Refai suggested a night guard to prevent the crack in my tooth from enlarging. This was a better solution than dental work!

I had a great experience at Gentle Endo. I needed to get a root canal done (my first one) and I was terrified. They put me at ease and walked me through the procedure. They scheduled me right away and the procedure itself was painless. Everyone was extremely kind from the front desk receptionist to Dr. Nivine. I will definitely come back here for any future dental needs.

I was a nervous wreck going into get my root canal done. I really didn't know what to expect. Everybody was so pleasant and nice at the doctor's office. It totally calmed my nerves. They let me bring my own blanket in for the procedure. It took about 2 hours. No pain at all after it was done just a little bit of numbness for a couple days. Would highly recommend Doctor Nivine's office.

Very professional. Atmosphere is Very relaxing. Walk into the office with a mini waterfall and spa music playing. Very clean and the latest technology for your treatment. Even the ceiling in the procedure rooms have relaxing scenery over the light fixtures. Doctor is very informative throughout the procedure. In my case it was a root canal. I highly recommend her services especially if any kind of dental work is overly stressful for you and you want to experience the least pain and be put into the most comfortable setting to have it done. I forgot the mention her procedure chairs feel like your laying on a gel padded bed.
