This was the best experience I have ever had at a dental visit.

Paperwork was available ahead of time.

They thanked me for doing it ahead of time.

Jackie greeted me kindly and gave me a tour.

Her intake questions and listening skills were top notch.

I was then introduced to Jennifer who would be my hygienist, and Dr. Yildirim.

Both incredibly attentive, thoughtful and professional.

Jennifer did a phenomenal job explaining the entire visit, from the overall goal, down to the details of what she was doing in each phase of the process.

Dr. Yildirim continued to support the experience with a thorough overview of my dental situation and helped me feel at ease and understand what I should do next.

Aside from my experience, it was an outstanding display of culture across the board. Team members spoke to each other with care and respect, and went out of their way to thank and appreciate each other.

My professional career has been built around creating cultures of care, respect and excellence, and Eastgate Dental Excellence is perfectly named.

I have been to several dentist over my lifetime and this office is by far the best. Dr. Yildirim is and her entire staff are very very thorough, professional, kind, and absolutely hilarious jokesters. The office is clean, everyone seemed as though they enjoy their jobs and their time being there ( even though it is still work ). It just felt like they were family. Honestly, so very happy that I chose this place at random after moving here. Don’t think I’ll be going anywhere else for dental care.

Might sound cliché but this staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. For being a dental group everyone knows how to wear a smile. The people are extraordinary friendly and all around a great atmosphere.

Me and my Wife picked this dentist because of location. We are Very Lucky to call them our Dentist. I can't say this enuff.. Zero and I really mean zero pain. The best cleaning I've ever had done and everyone in the office is a pleasure! It's very refreshing to be in a bisness these days and people listen and laugh.. really love there jobs and it shows.
