I went in for a consult the first week of March, they examined everything and help me determine the best next steps. The following week I was back for my extractions. 10 of them. The staff were amazing dealing with anxiety and it was 100% painless. Here I am a week later and Dr. Tate has taken his time on Saturday night to text me about something I thought was a complication, he reviewed via pictures and stated I was likely ok but just come in to check. Service is top notch, the care is incredible, and if I ever had to go somewhere again it would definitely be here!

Y'all...they have the best staff one could hope for. The Dentist is patient, and listens to the issue and concerns with full attention. I drove 2 hours to see him and it was well worth it. A+ from me!

Consultation went smoothly and questions were answered. Dr. Gregory Tate was very professional. Had more than one extraction with implants, The morning of surgery was a blur to me as I had high anxiety, but the staff at Oral Facial took great care of me, after I was seated, all I remember was waking up and it being all done. Highly recommend!

Dr Tate was very professional. He never let me hurt & was very compassionate. As well as his caring staff! I had 4 caps in front top, & 1 popped out. From there, I met him thru Dr Thomas Croley. And they both worked together getting me ready for implants. Which I soon will have them put in. They make a great team, Dr Tate & Dr Croley! Along with their teams of staff!

No issues procedure went as planned

I was able to talk to Dr Tate on call and he got us in first thing in the morning for a MAJOR toothache! They explained ALL of our options, including ones that would not make them money. Dr Tate and his staff were great!

Oral surgery is never a pleasant experience, that being said the lufkin office is the best when it comes to patient comfort and care quality! Sadly 10 stars wasn’t an option.
