The process went so smoothly, the amount of effort and time Stephen put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, he spent the afternoon walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, he was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity), If I texted him a question or an update he would often respond in 2 minutes or less. – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered. I didn’t know all of the questions I should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and Stephen would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like I was walking through this process with eyes wide open. I truly appreciated his input and relied on it heavily. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Stephen does it, he set my expectations really high and not unrealistically high because they would meet them.
