Dominic came out to look at a toilet leak shortly after I called. He was very professional and thorough. The leak was a stubborn one to find and he spent the necessary time and effort to find it and fix it. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.
Ryan was just out to service of furnace and he was excellent in every respect. He is very polite, knowledgeable and thorough. We will request him the next time we need service. Twice this season, Wieronski has sent out Mike G. to find & take care of two separate emergency leak problems for me. The first on a Sunday, March 4 & the 2nd time on April 9. Both times, he was courteous, professional & very helpful with recommendations & fixes. He found the sources of the leaks quickly. The March leak was from a pipe cap under the kitchen sink, which he rectified that day; and later that month made upgrades & improvements to my kitchen area & furnace to prevent future leaks. Jerome worked hard to resolve an issue with my furnace. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and took a sincere interest in fixing the problem.
I called early in the morning to ask for help since my furnace was humming but would not come on.I left a message at Wieronski Plumbing and Heating and got quick call back from Lisa. She gave me a time when I could expect a technician and gave me a follow up call to confirm.
