William started helping us years before We bought our home. He gave us advise on how to prepare our credit so we could get a better interest rate, how to spend smartly and when to buy. He held our hand through this process with patience and complete understanding of where we are coming from as first time home buyers originally from Mexico. William speaks our language of heart and can talk both in English and Spanish, this made the process much easier for our bi-lingual family.

William Rosas is a great loan officer he has been the loan officer with many of my client an they all have been very happy with him, not only have we been able to close early but his communication, professionalism and knowledge have made all our transactions very smooth.
