From the time I walked into the showroom until I was walking on my new floor, the service was Outstanding! Michael helped me find the perfect flooring. Then, Doug, Manny and John completed the installation perfectly. I would recommend Wilton Flooring to anyone that is looking to install new floors. Great quality and price.
Doug at Wilton Floors was a savior! I needed to have my cork floors replaced. It is NOT easy to find cork installers, but he took on the job. Absolutely perfect start to finish, inc. communication. We were on the same page the whole time. He did a METICULOUS job despite a super busy schedule on his end. He hung tight when there was a problem with radiant coils -- not his problem -- but another installer might have walked away for a week or month. The finished job was SPOT ON. Absolutely recommend!!!
We are new clients of Wilton Floors coming from Glenn's in Stillwater. It was an easy transition to Doug and his team. There was professional communication between his team, Glenn, and myself. We re-did carpet in our bedroom and love, love, love the outcome. We chose to not carpet our closet and Doug carried through on that decision. Love it!
