I called several companies most wanted my business this one wanted my problems. Had to get done before my tenant moved in. The customer service is exceptional kept me in touch every step of the procedure. Was told when permit and the material would be there and it was. They did what they promised got it done on time. The windows look great work great and you can trust them.

Since moving to Florida 17 years ago and multiple bad experiences with different companies, I quickly learned that when it comes to any sort of hired contractor in this state, my mind set really needs to be “expect the worst and hope for the best”. That is NOT the case with The Window Guys of Florida. From the very beginning they were friendly and knowledgeable, able to answer any question I had. Even after running into a delay with one door that were having replaced due to some unforeseen water damage from a old leak, I was blown away at how accommodating WGF was with us. I’m sure we weren’t their only job they had and yet as soon as we were ready, they came back and got our home finished quicker than I expected. I was so pleasantly surprised at how easy and smooth the process of replacing our windows was with this company, that we went ahead and used them again for our other property. It’s so hard to find decent companies to work with down here without the stress and fear of getting ripped off or bad work that it’s so exciting when you finally find a good one!! I very highly recommend giving them a call.

I hired this company to replace a large sliding door. Everything went just as they promised. All aspects, from the sales rep to completion of project went flawless. The installers were professional and left the area very clean. There weren't any surprises and i love my new door!
