SEE IF YOU CAN HELP! TRY COMING BACK AND INSTALLING THE FRAME THE CORRECT WAY!!! The outer door was supposed to be around $800 changed to over a thousand somewhere. Im going to attach pictures of the door. The frame was put in backward the plate on the inside of the garage should be on the outside, the outside is aluminum the thickness of a coke can crushed when it was stepped on. I have to thank Scott and Ed for all the hard work they put into my home, they went above and beyond what they were supposed to do and they also explained detail on everything that they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves that's always a plus .
