I am absolutely satisfied with my experience from the minute I met with Bob Jellison. He took the time to show me several samples of carpeting listening to my preference of the type of carpet I was looking for and keeping that in mind he explained the pros and cons of each sample I was considering. Brian has been amazing! He helped me select the perfect flooring for my entire home. We are having remodeling done throughout the house and they have been so kind to store our flooring until remodeling is completed! I will definitely use them in the future!
We stayed in Amarillo a few months ago while our Lubbock home was being renovated. I drove out to the Yates Amarillo showroom. It was being renovated so the salesman only had a few samples to show me. He was dismissive and unhelpful, finally wandering off. I left after waiting 20 minutes for him to return. It was excellent. Bob was great in guiding us along the process. Once the materials were in, it went very quickly. Everything was professional and well done. The new tile floor very is gorgeous. I definitely recommend Yates Flooring.
C.S. is awesome. He worked very hard to get us the best deal on our carpeting. And Francisco did a great job (as always) laying the carpet for us. They go out of their way meeting our scheduling needs. We ALWAYS use Yates for our floor covering needs.
