We love our floor and are very happy with the experience we had with Yates. Our house is older and has had many floors in it. There were some areas I wasn't happy with but David Braunger came right over and made it look great. He followed through on everything and came to my house several times to get us what we were looking for. The installer went above and beyond to make everything look perfect. I highly recommend Yates Flooring.

We have used Yates on two projects and both times they have provided excellent workmanship, with beautiful products, within budget and on time. We will use them again too!

Kimberly has been wonderful to work with on the current home I am remodeling. I have been building and remodeling homes for 26 years and I don’t know anyone I have enjoyed working with more than Kimberly. She is very intuitive and knows her products so well. She’s a FAVORITE!

I got new flooring throughout my house and I could not be happier with the results and the service I received! Kimberly Pharr was phenomenal in helping me select the perfect product and making sure I was satisfied! She was extremely knowledgeable and great to work with! The installers and trim carpenters were professional, punctual and friendly. I highly recommend Yates and Kimberly!
