One of the most popular matcha cafe in the Bay right now, known not only for its matcha but also for their Japanese lunch boxes and sandos. Be prepared for a long wait, we waited in line for about 45 minutes (to order drink), and there’s almost always a line (but no line for food). They have a great selection of savory dishes. We ordered the Premium Aburi Chirashi Don ($35), and it was excellent, fresh, great-quality fish. For drinks, we tried the Kuro Latte, Kyoto Latte, Earl Grey Matcha Latte, and Ceremonial Matcha Latte... read more

Yummy drinks and desserts! For drinks I liked both the early grey matcha and hojicha goma latte. We got them both unsweetened and they were still good. For the pastries we tried the matcha financier, black sesame scone, kinako miso banana bread, and sesame chocolate chip cookie. My ranking was the kinako banana bread, matcha financier, black sesame scone, sesame cookie. The slightly salty miso and caramelized upper crust on the banana bread was soo good. The matcha financier texture was more similar to butter tteok/butter ... read more

We have visited Jutori three times and are absolutely in love with the atmosphere. The interior, the garden, and the team are all wonderful. They have perfect coffee drinks, and the Yuzu lemonade and tea selection are excellent. The waffles and breakfast sando are delicious. We’ve also tried the to-go options and the yogurt - are really good. This is easily one of the most beautiful spaces in the Bay Area. Just one suggestion: since there are only five tables inside, maybe they should be "no laptop" tables. A few people wi... read more

Expect a wait but they really make some very delicious treats. I only ordered from the cafe side today because I needed some coffee. Next time I'll prioritize a fun beverage but this time just a cortado, which was perfect. The roast isn't too dark and they pulled a great shot of espresso. Grabbed a chocolate sesame cookie, black sesame scone (little sweet for me) and a banana cake, and some dango. The dango was perfect, great salty sweet combo. Banana cake was unique enough to not just be fancy banana bread. Excited to try... read more

New coffee shop at Palo alto. It is a popular and very busy store. It was packed when we arrived. The shop is nice with indoor and outdoor sitting with plenty of parking. In the store it has 2 sections where one is coffee shop and other grab and go japanese food. It laso sell matcha set, and other stuff. We order latte, tonic, matcha, scones and cookies. They are all yummy. I like the cookies as itvis very unique. You need to be patient at this store as the line move pretty slow as it has only one person to take the order... read more
