Yvonne was extremely helpful throughout the entire home loan process - from the initial planning stages of getting loan pre-approval, all the way through closing on a home. She took the time to meet with us on multiple occasions throughout the process, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of our questions without sounding pedantic.
