Zachary Zach was fantastic to work with throughout our home buying process. He was communicative, professional, and always easy to reach whenever we had questions. Things got stressful when I had to switch jobs just a week before closing, which is the kind of timing that makes mortgage paperwork spontaneously combust because apparently the universe enjoys chaos. But Zach handled everything smoothly and was able to switch everything over using just an offer letter from my new employer.

Zach is super helpful & soo nice! He's a genuine guy, not just some salesman trying to make $. He really wants to help others & it shows! Definitely recommend

Zach was very professional and genuinely cared about taking the time to explain everything in detail, sometimes more than once. :) He kept me up to date on the progress each step of the way. He was also especially helpful when I had to up the amount of my loan due to an unexpected and very expensive installation of an upgraded septic system.

Zachary was recommended to me by my brother who was refinancing his home. I wasn't really thinking about refinancing until I talked to Zachary. It made more sense than I ever knew. I'm saving a lot of money and loved the smooth process. I will use Mr. Zach in the future. He took the pressure off of me and did all the work.

With Zach, from the very first contact I knew I was working with one of the best professionals in real estate. He listened to all of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could easily understand. He was always available and found times to meet that fit my schedule. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars, I would. I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends and family.
