We booked the venue for my son’s 4th birthday and had a great party. Lali was absolutely amazing. We had a little trouble with the booking but he sorted out everything so well and absolutely helped us get things done at time. The venue staff were excellent and genuinely tried their best to make everything happen. A big thank you to Darly (Duty Manager) and Dhruti (Party Host)—they did an outstanding job in ensuring the party ran smoothly and successfully. Lanah was absolutely amazing at our Zone Bowling Botany party! We had a group of energetic five-year-olds, and she was so patient, kind, and interactive with all of the kids.
