I have been a resident at Belmont Freemason going on 3 plus years and I couldnât be happier with the property! From the leasing office agents to the residents one could not offer a more professional and amazing place to live. I highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys peace and cleanliness and respect! Hats off and congratulations for a persistent and continued job well done day in and day out!Â
The response by the owner to Mr. Williams is VERY DISAPPOINTING. But at least our recycled trash is safe from theft (read on): 1) Anyone can walk into the buildingâs 7 parking levels, stairwells or elevators. The owner does not address the open-access nature of the private garage as being a significant factor to the 15 reported incidents this weekend, or the 38 reported incidents since October. 2) The reported incidents for 200 YORK are disproportionately higher than the surrounding community. I would have gave this place negative star if I could. Iâve been living here for over a year, great experience with the previous management team. Recently, the residents in this building have experienced multiple vehicle break-ins, and my self have had two break-ins within 2 months. The response from the management is very disappointing. I will preface this by saying that I have never written a google review before but my experience with Belmont was so frustrating that I feel obligated to document my experience to those who may be treated similar to myself. When I first moved in I was unable to tour my actual apartment prior to signing due to living far away and working a full time job.
